Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on providing you with high quality products that meet your expectations. It is essential that you love your products, however if you find your new items are faulty or not as described, we are here to assist you. Depending on the issue's severity, we will replace your order. 

There is no refund or returns on change of mind on all made to order products (decals and prints) so please choose carefully before checking out.

Returns of digital download files are strictly not accepted.

There are no refunds on jewellery, unless damaged or faulty when arrived. You can exchange for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return and re-issue shipping and handling fees.

If your product arrives damaged during shipping or experiences a manufacturing fault, we will assess the extent of the problem and offer a replacement, refund or repair your order depending on the extent of the problem. You must contact us regarding any damages within 7 days of receiving your order and email images of the damage to hello@phoenixandtheocean.com.au.

Please note that as all of our fine art prints are supplied unframed, we are not responsible for any issues that arise from framing. It is a standard procedure when trimming our art prints to have a small allowance of a few millimetres in size and this shouldn’t affect their ability to fit into ready-made frames. In the rare case that it is does not fit a frame, it the responsibility of the customer to find suitable framing.
