At Phoenix and the Ocean, we pride ourselves on providing you with high quality products that meet all of your expectations. It is essential that you love your products, however if you find your new items are faulty or not as described, we will replace, refund or repair your order depending on the extent of the problem. You must contact us regarding any issues within 7 days of receiving your order and include complete documentation and evidence of the faults.
Should you change your mind about your purchase of any of our standard products, we are happy to exchange the design for another where the product is returned in original condition and you have contacted us within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return and re-issue shipping and handling fees. Fine art print sizes A2 and larger and customised products that have no quality-related issues cannot be returned or refunded so please choose carefully before ordering. Returns of digital download files are strictly not accepted.
Please note that as all of our fine art prints are supplied unframed, we are not responsible for any issues that arise from framing. It is a standard procedure when trimming our art prints to have a small allowance of a few millimetres in size and this shouldn’t affect their ability to fit into ready-made frames. In the rare case that it is does not fit a frame, it the responsibility of the customer to find suitable framing.

You must contact us regarding any damages within 7 days of receiving your order and include complete documentation from your selected courier with details and evidence of the damage.
